Because when I started my change, I went through bad feelings, confusion, and doubts, and today I can support those who embark on this path. I believe that each person who achieves even a small personal change creates possibilities for immense growth, and this is an accomplishment for a lifetime.

Ketosis is a natural state that actually occurs in all human beings. A human who is never in ketosis is functioning incorrectly. Understand it this way: if ketosis is the state where energy is obtained from fat, if the body never manages to be in ketosis, people would continuously be gaining weight, which is not the case.
We can see that people with leptin resistance (a hormone responsible for inducing lipolysis) tend to be obese because their bodies struggle to enter this state of energy production, mainly due to a combination of bad habits: very sweet and fatty foods, along with various sedentary habits.
Ketosis is demonized because it is often confused with two things: 1. The Atkins diet, which claims that it doesn’t matter what you eat, just "eat low-carb." I do not recommend this under any circumstances. The quality of food is important. 2. It is confused with ketoacidosis, a pathological state of the body where the levels of ketone bodies produced by individuals suffering from this condition (ketoacidosis) are excessively high, acidifying the body and causing a severe state of dehydration.
None of this is directly related to ketosis, a state that optimizes human physiology. A person who cannot be and feel well while fasting, for example, is someone who has difficulties being in ketosis, and this occurs in many people who lead a sedentary lifestyle. Why? Because their habits have been atrophied, along with the organs responsible for regulating vital enhancement functions.

I enjoy the creative exercises and that the workouts are always different. The good vibe between students and the teacher is great. Training outdoors using body weight seems healthier to me than weight training, and the results are better.
Why should others try the workouts?
The changes are rapid and noticeable in both physical strength and health. You don’t need to be in shape to start; you can begin from scratch after a long time without training.
