Workout Proposal
The proposal focuses on the interest to develop in a particular discipline such as Powerlifting, Calisthenics or Cycling. Also athletic skills in general, designed to lead to competition. We schedule weekly and monthly approaches and review the program.
What we are looking for is that you reach your goals, improve your strength, improve your times, or develop an exercise of particular interest.
The whole proposal is done remotely and there are several options that can be purchased together or separately:
Virtual training planning and programming;
Advice and dietary recommendations designed for your sport;
Online Personal Trainer with daily follow-up on both training and nutrition.
The ideal way to know what suits you best is to get to know yourself a little and your own needs, maybe with the remote training program you can reach and above all because you are constant and can follow well and correctly without doubts a training program and maybe you need a more personalized approach where doubts can be solved daily and you need active communication on a daily basis.
