Integral Coaching seeks to recover health patterns that help you feel better. If you find it hard to sleep, or during the day you feel rushed, or you find it hard to lose weight and be consistent, and you need a healthy dietary accompaniment as well as a training program, then Integral Coaching is for you.
There are also reading recommendations, meditative suggestions, initial pdfs, fundamental mobility, and all kinds of personalized approach in a much closer way. Unlike personalized trainings, these are focused on improving only the physical part through scheduled workouts, and do not seek such a deep approach via accompaniment.
In this work proposal we will review in detail every part of the day, from the moment we get up until we go to sleep, so that little by little we can apply corrective techniques that help us feel better, perhaps from changing eating patterns to adding healthy exercises, and also why not interesting suggestions about changes in the day to day to promote a positive change.
The proposal of Integral Coaching is ideal for those people who are looking for a change, either through weight loss or return to training, but need that daily encouragement and constant feedback that a daily personal trainer can make committed to the change of your student.
